How to read your BMI value correctly
A BMI of 25 or above is by definition classed as excess weight, and a BMI of 30 or above as obesity. The table shows the classification of the World Health Organization (WHO).
Before you tackle your excess weight, you should be clear about the goal of your therapy. Experience shows that a therapy is more successful the more easily the necessary changes can be put into practice in everyday life, and the less enjoyment of eating falls by the wayside. Otherwise, motivation can quickly wane.
The Weight Doctors team advises you discreetly and individually on the individual treatment options and on the way to your desired or target weight.
