Making the decision to undergo treatment is a big step and a very personal matter. And that’s why your choice of program and procedure will always be entirely your decision.

However, we recommend that you take the time to let us advise you in detail and understand the possibilities and any limitations to our available solutions. This way, you can be assured that you’ve made the best choice from our range of services. It also allows you to focus entirely on the medical treatment and your dialogue with our medical specialists.

The more individually a treatment can be adapted to you and your own goals, the greater the chance that you will be able to lose weight successfully and look back on your treatment with satisfaction. No matter which procedure you ultimately choose, you’ll work side-by-side with our experts and receive relevant behavioural and nutritional recommendations for each step, guiding you in the direction towards your goals. Important for your success will be that you feel ready to make a real change to your life are willing to work with your consultant and take on our recommendations to the best of your ability.

This can differ slightly depending on the procedure, and your needs. In any case, we will be there for you intensively over the first few days following your treatment. Because we want to help you get back to your normal routine as quickly as possible and help you along the first steps of your new journey. Afterwards, we will stay in regular contact for another 4 to 6 weeks – usually by phone, Whatsapp or video chat. However, we do not impose ourselves: you set the pace and the frequency of our exchange.

In the case of a gastric balloon treatment, we will also accompany you more intensively in the run-up to a volume adjustment or the final removal of your gastric balloon.

With a permanent stomach reduction treatment, the intensity of care is of course higher until the final check-up after 6 to 12 months.

A change of your chosen treatment is possible as long as you have not received a binding confirmation of your treatment. After that, a change may be possible if your new treatment request is compatible with any treatment preparations that have begun. Please understand that before every treatment we will need adequate time to organise our team, resource planning and to ensure all equipment and material required for your treatment is available. This way we can both be the best prepared for your big day, without any delay.
