Gastric balloon: a companion for a time

The gastric balloon reduces the capacity of the stomach for a limited time: you feel full sooner and manage with smaller portions. It is then removed again – the treatment is fully reversible. Three variants are available.

The Spatz3 gastric balloon for 12 months is a procedure without incisions that accompanies you for a year while you lose weight. What is special: its filling volume can be adjusted while it is worn. It places little strain on the stomach.

The gastric balloon for 6 months is placed in the stomach by gastroscopy and filled with saline solution. It stays there for half a year and is then removed without residue. Because you feel full sooner, it can help to avoid cravings.

The Allurion gastric balloon comes as a small capsule that you simply swallow – entirely without a procedure and without anaesthesia, it finds its way into the stomach this way.

Weight Doctors SLEEVE®: permanent, without incisions

The Weight Doctors SLEEVE® is a permanent stomach reduction without a classic operation – endoscopically through the mouth, as an outpatient and without scars. Food intake is reduced, and the feeling of fullness can set in earlier and last longer. Two technologies are available for the procedure.

At the start of every Weight Doctors® treatment, you receive 12 months' access to the Weight Doctors® App. A digital smart body scale is connected to the app – so you and our team can keep an eye on your weight-loss progress at any time, we can evaluate your progress and adjust your therapy accordingly. The app also offers a wealth of knowledge with guides on nutrition, exercise and mental strength.

Well-being is more than a number on the scales. The Weight Doctors® 3D Bodyscan analyses your body composition with AI-supported laser technology, gives you an understandable overview of your body values and creates a digital avatar. With it, we follow together how body measurements, body values, balance and posture change over the course of therapy.
