Happy to! How about a colourful vegetable stir-fry with chicken? It is ready in about 20 minutes and puts plenty of protein on the plate.
Shall I write down the quantities for one portion – or would you prefer a variant without meat?

Then use chickpeas from a jar or diced tofu instead of chicken. Both also provide protein and are just as quick.
Peppers, courgette and an onion go well with it – chop, fry, season.

Fat-free mass is everything in your body except fat: muscles, organs, bones and water.

Who is Mira?
Mira is the AI coach in the Weight Doctors® App. You reach her on the home page of the app – even at half past ten in the evening, when nobody at the clinic is on the phone any more.
Her task: to accompany you in the everyday life of your programme. Mira explains, puts things into context, encourages you and shows you the way to the right people and places. Because she is an AI, she answers immediately – at any time of day and in seven languages.

A procedure or GLP-1 therapy raises many questions in your new everyday life. You can put a large part of them to Mira directly.
- NutritionWhat fits on the plate now? Mira helps with choosing foods and with questions about eating and drinking.
- Recipes to your tasteOn request, Mira creates recipes in seconds – taking into account your preferences, intolerances and allergies.
- ExerciseIdeas for more activity in everyday life, suited to what is possible for you right now.
- MotivationFor the moments when it is hard: when the scales stall, after a slip-up or before a holiday.

When is Mira available?
24 hours a day, 365 days a year – in seven languages.
Can Mira create recipes for me?
Yes. On request, Mira suggests recipes to your taste and takes into account any intolerances and allergies you tell her about.
Does Mira also help with questions about the app?
Yes. Mira explains the areas of the app and the measured values from your scales, names suitable articles from the library and tells you where to find what.
How does Mira work together with my specialist?
Mira complements medical support: she helps in everyday life, while your specialist leads your therapy medically. Mira is a non-medical offering; you stay in contact with your specialist throughout the therapy.
Can I arrange an appointment via Mira?
On this website, Mira accompanies you, on request, up to the booking of your consultation appointment. In the app, you request appointments via “Request a consultation”.
